This is Greg Slaughter and I am helping Ali with gathering information in order for us to create Player/Parent cards you can keep in your wallet/purse. This will help us all put a face w/ a name and player and help us develop better relationships throughout the season.

We need your help taking only up to 2 minutes of your time by clicking on the link below and completing the required information next to your players name/#.
Please have this completed by Monday, 9/9 so we can generate the cards and have them available to pass out at the team event next weekend.
