The 12UAA team battled hard to take home 1st place in the 2019 Rolling Thunder Tournament in St. Louis.

Both the 12UAA and 14UA teams traveled to St. Louis October 10th - 13th for the Big Bear Rolling Thunder tournament and had great success!

The 12UAA team started off the trip with a fun outing to the City Museum which is often described as  "a wild, singular vision of an oddball artistic mind."  The team experienced an amazing display of exhibits consist largely of re-purposed architectural and industrial objects including an aquarium, a 10 story slide, man-made caves, a skate park and a bank vault.  If you get a chance to visit St. Louis be sure to check it out.

Both the 12UAA and 14UA teams had good success in the tournament.  The 12UAA team finished the tournament with a 4-1-0 record and won the championship game against the Orland Park Vikings 4-0.  Konstantin Deshevyy was chosen as tournament MVP.  The 14UA team finished as the tournament runners-up with a final record of 3-1-0.  Great job Warriors!!

One of the best parts of the whole tournament was the support that each team gave each other.  At several games you could find our Warriors teams cheering on each other.  What a great show of camaraderie.
