Coach Turcotte brings an exceptional level of experience and expertise to our program. A former first-round draft pick of the Montreal Canadiens and a veteran of 112 NHL games, Alfie’s professional pedigree offers both inspiration and credibility to our athletes.

With more than 40 years of coaching experience, Coach Turcotte emphasizes "heads-up hockey" and instills confidence in players through skill development and strategic gameplay. His approach centers on puck possession, encouraging players to make smart plays and maintain control of the game.

Alfie’s coaching philosophy—“Dish, Dash, & Dangle”—highlights the value of passing, speed, and puck-handling skill. He often reminds players that "no one skates faster than a pass," reinforcing the importance of teamwork and unselfish, intelligent hockey.
