COACHING PHILOSOPHY

I utilize hockey as a platform to develop players into upstanding, responsible, goal-oriented, and hardworking individuals. My practices are fast-paced and intense, designed to condition both the body and mind for the demands of game situations.

I incorporate extensive video analysis and strategically slow down drills when needed to provide real-time feedback, helping players recognize both their strengths and areas for improvement. This approach reinforces correct muscle memory, fosters confidence, and supports long-term development both on and off the ice.
